A Chartered Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in the NHS, where Drew worked as a clinical specialist in musculoskeletal problems.
He has a particular interest in spinal problems and, as a former professional footballer, he has a broad experience in sports injury treatment and rehabilitation.
Drew is a guest lecturer on undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy course at Teesside University and is a member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Martin has a strong sports rehabilitation background with both a Masters in Rehabilitation Science and a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. He has continued with post graduate education and is a qualified acupuncturist.
With a keen interest in spinal conditions and sports rehabilitation, Martin has worked with both professional and semi professional sports teams as a physical conditioner and physiotherapist. He has worked at both the Olympic, European and Commonwealth games.

Sarah graduated from University of Northumbria at Newcastle in 2002 and has several years of experience both in private practice and NHS settings.
Sarah enjoys working in the musculoskeletal setting and currently works across two private practices. She is committed to continual professional development through reflecting upon her practice and reviewing current clinical evidence. She has undertaken many post graduate courses in the musculoskeletal field and takes a holistic approach towards patient care through identifying and prioritising problems to achieve realistic and achievable treatment outcomes.

Ray gained a degree in Sport and Exercise Science before becoming a Chartered Physiotherapist and specialising in managing musculoskeletal disorders.
He has worked in musculoskeletal clinics and orthopaedic departments since graduating in 2006 where he has rehabilitated many patients with traumatic injuries and regularly updates his knowledge of current treatments to aid planning patient”s recovery.
Nick qualified from Teesside University in 2015 and has since worked within a variety of MSK settings within County Durham and Darlington and now within South Tees NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Physiotherapist.
Nick also spent three seasons as Physiotherapist for Darlington Rugby Club. During this time he developed plenty of clinical experience within the sports injury and rehabilitation field.
Sports Therapist (FA Dip.)
Gary has over 20 years clinical experience of private practice, treating a broad range of joint and soft tissue injuries.
He was one of the first graduates of the FA Diploma in the Treatment and Management of Sports Injuries and held the position Hartlepool Football Club Sports Therapist for six seasons.
As a former professional footballer, he understands the importance of delivering quality rehabilitation and has gained an excellent reputation through his work with professional and amateur sportsmen and women over his career.
After successfully completing a level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration at Stockton Riverside College Alicia now manages the reception at our central Norton office. She also oversees the administration for our satellite centres at Bishop Auckland, Redcar and Middlesbrough.
She has been a valuable full time member of our team for several years and is always happy to answer any queries you may have and respond to feedback that you may want to provide.

John Willet graduated in 2000 and is a podiatrist with over 10 years experience as a senior clinician in the NHS. He works as an ESP (Extended Scope Practitioner) Specialist Podiatrist in Biomechanics. He is currently working as a clinical lead inÂ biomechanics and gait analysis.
He works alongside other medical professions including Consultants GPs Nurses and allied health Professionals. He liasesÂ closely with other healthcare and medical professionals regarding foot health matters and patient care.
John’s aim is to provide up-to-date modern health practices while providing an environment which retains the high standards of old fashioned care. He enjoys working with other health professionals for the overall good of the patient.
Kerry Smith graduated in 2010 and has worked within a multidisciplinary team providing quality foot care in the NHS and also has over 10 years experience working within the care sector.
Kerry Smith is a patient centered practitioner who always uses a kind and caring approach. She is conscientious, hardworking and strives to provide tailored packages of care to meet individual foot health needs.
